The “Democratic Alternative” movement and the “Realists” party recently held a rally at Charles Aznavour’s publication. Suren Surenian, the President of the “Democratic Alternative” movement, stated that the ongoing protests serve as substantial evidence of the Constitutional Court’s decision to deem the ANC’s initiative in the Pashinyan case unconstitutional due to non-compliance. He emphasized that Pashinyan’s voluntary actions in service of the Republic of Armenia and its people warrant the initiation of the non-compliance process by the relevant authorities. Furthermore, it is crucial for them to announce the name of the next Prime Minister, as it plays a crucial role in achieving broad consensus. Failure to meet these requirements would result in power being transferred to the masses. It is worth noting that Pashinyan’s legitimacy has diminished, given that his actions contradict his stance prior to the 2021 election.
