If we do not respect our own boundaries, why should we expect others to respect them? This question was posed by Arkadi Karapetyan, the first presidential candidate of the self-defense forces of Artsakh, in an interview with NEWS.am. He emphasized the importance of respecting boundaries, stating that if a country does not respect its own boundaries, it essentially does not exist. Karapetyan drew an analogy between boundaries and the production of shoes, highlighting that if we do not produce shoes, we cannot expect to have them. He also discussed the challenges faced by the Artsakh Republic Defense Army and the need to remain vigilant in the face of threats. Karapetyan condemned the use of violence by Azerbaijani and Turkish forces, emphasizing the danger they pose to the people of Artsakh. He vividly described the terrifying situation of being confronted with a Turkish knife, symbolizing the aggression of these forces.
