Representatives from Schiff’s government car confiscated evidence related to the crime and declined to comment on ongoing investigations. In an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, the congressman mentioned that his photos were taken and expressed his desire not to interfere with the victim’s personal experience. It has been reported that registered cases of car vandalism have been occurring in San Francisco, with damages still visible around the city. Residents and tenants are constantly reminded to be cautious about leaving valuable items in parked cars. Schiff has not responded to this incident.
