The Minister of Regional Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Simonyan, has received a proposal from the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Iran, Mehdi Sobhani. The proposal is regarding cooperation in the field of urban management and urban construction. This news was reported by NEWS.am, citing the Ministry of RA Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.

During the meeting, the focus was on finding ways to alleviate road taxes for international transportation of goods. Representatives of the orderers also expressed their concern about the decline in air communication as part of the cooperation. Additionally, discussions were held on strategies to increase the volume of passenger transportation and promote cooperation between cities in the two countries.

The parties have agreed to continue discussing the issues of mutual interest in their upcoming meeting.
