Currently, self-isolation measures are being implemented at the residence of Zhirayr Sevilyan, a member of the Board of the Yelk faction in the Yerevan City Council. This information was reported by the spokesperson of the National Security Service of Yerevan to NEWS.am.

The National Security Service (NSS) stated that they have been conducting self-isolation measures since this morning in the residences of members, assistants, and officials of the Yerevan City Council, as well as in the council’s offices.

In addition, self-isolation is also being carried out at the residences of Karo Eghunyan, Ashot Petrosyan, Vahagn Avagyan, and Vahe Gasparian.

It should be noted that after investigating the situation in the Nor Nork district of Yerevan, the NSS announced that they have conducted raids in areas inhabited by individuals and groups involved in activities that are against national security and public order. They have also conducted self-isolation measures in the offices of the “National Democratic Rally” more than twenty times.

During these raids, documents and materials indicating alarming circumstances were discovered and seized. These include weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, and other illegal substances.

Specifically, the office of the mentioned organization contained numerous documents and materials that were related to explosive devices and indicated concerning circumstances.
