The 3rd “Artistic Festival” will take place at the St. Astvatsatsin Church in the Zoravor district of Yerevan on March 31, 2024, from 14:00 to 17:00. Organized by the “Special Creative Center for Children,” this event aims to provide a platform for children and participants to display their handcrafted works and enjoy musical performances. The festival also offers the opportunity for the local community to take part in workshops and prepare handicrafts for the event. The festival encourages participants to dress in festive attire, particularly in the festival’s official color, red. Supported by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia and endorsed by Archbishop Ter Navasard Kchoyan, this inclusive initiative aims to create a cultural space for the development and self-expression of children and participants. The “Special Creative Center for Children” plays a vital role in providing free art education to children with special needs, ensuring they receive the necessary support for their education. The “Artistic Festival” is not only a showcase for the children’s talents but also an opportunity for them to forge new friendships and contribute to the nation’s and humanity’s values through artistic expression.
