“Hezbollah Leader Sounds the Alarm: Lebanon’s Safety at Stake Without Retaliation Against Israel’s Assassination”

The head of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, has issued a stern warning that Lebanon as a whole could face severe danger if his militant group fails to retaliate against the recent assassination of Hamas spokesperson Salah al-Arouri by Israel in the capital, Beirut. Al Jazeera reported Nasrallah’s remarks, where he further expressed his concern that Israel’s actions along Lebanon’s southern border are infringing upon the “historic possibility” of liberating the territories occupied by Israel. Nasrallah also emphasized that the Islamic resistance in Lebanon has an opportunity to break free from the presence of the United States.
