“South Korean President Kim Chen Urges Action to Tackle Declining Birth Rate and Support Parenthood”

Kim Chen, the leader of South Korea, has called for action to combat the country’s declining birth rate. According to the Central Television of Korea, Chen emphasized that it is the responsibility of the nation to address this issue and ensure the well-being of children. He expressed gratitude to mothers for their role in the national campaign to promote population growth. The birth rate in South Korea is projected to reach 1.8 by 2023, a significant decrease from 20 years ago. In comparison, Japan has seen a slight increase in its birth rate to 1.26.

The Mother and Child Foundation has assessed the birth rate in South Korea and highlighted the ongoing decline in this indicator. It is concerning that the birth rate had previously reached a record low of 0.78. However, Chen’s call for action aims to change this trajectory and address the demographic challenges faced by the country.

Chen’s recognition of the contribution of mothers in the national campaign is commendable. Despite the challenges he faces in working with the opposition and the government, he always keeps mothers in mind. This demonstrates his commitment to fulfilling the domestic responsibilities surrounding the birth rate issue in South Korea.

As news spreads about Kim Chen’s call for action, it is crucial for the nation to come together and work towards a solution. By addressing the declining birth rate and ensuring the well-being of children, South Korea can secure a brighter future for generations to come.
