The Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus, Alexander Volfovich, has stated that Armenia will not be blocking the CSTO summit. According to Volfovich, no decision has been made to block the summit and there has been coordination between Belarus and Armenia regarding external relations and decisions submitted to the CSTO. He further emphasized that while there may be some concerns within the Armenian side, they have agreed to all the decisions. Volfovich believes that leaving the CSTO is not a priority for Armenia.
