Ardshinbank and Dalan Technopark have announced the signing of a cooperation agreement. Ardshinbank has become the main financial backer of the technopark’s flagship project, one of the most ambitious projects in the field of construction in the country.

The agreement was signed at the opening ceremony of Dalan’s construction exhibition, which featured representatives of companies involved in the project, builders, investors.

Armen Bagratunian, the CEO of Dalan Technopark, noted, “Dalan Technopark is one of our most important projects, and we highly value the cooperation with our reliable partners in the implementation of the program. We are confident that the realization of such a large-scale project will create favorable conditions for the cooperation of IT companies and investors in the field of high technology in Armenia. I am convinced that the implementation of such a project will create favorable conditions for the development of the IT sector in Armenia and the attraction of international companies.”

“Our goal is to create a dynamic business hub that will bring together Armenian, regional, and international technology companies under one roof and become a center for implementing international standards for work, professional development, and innovative thinking,” said Yervand Hovhannisyan, the head of the project.

Armen Gasparian, the CEO of Ardshinbank’s corporate business, stated, “Ardshinbank contributes to the formation and development of effective cooperative relations between business entities and acts as a reliable partner for the construction industry. The project of Dalan Technopark is consistent with this approach. With the financing provided by Ardshinbank, the project will be funded regularly and effectively within the expected deadlines. According to our estimates, the implementation of such a significant project will contribute not only to the development of the IT sector in Armenia but also to the creation of about 3,000 jobs in various fields. We are pleased that Ardshinbank has its share in this development.”

The construction of the technopark will be completed in 2026.

The bank is funded by the Central Bank of Armenia.
