The government has decided that the “temporary” import of “classical” cars is no longer successful. Currently, around 9,000 cars are operating in Armenia with this status, causing a loss of revenue for the state budget. In response, it is proposed to allow registered cars in Armenia to temporarily import for a fee, to discourage this practice.

ICJ to Rule on Third Party Intervention in Armenian-Azerbaijani Conflict Dispute Resolution
The ICJ will announce a decision on temporary measures regarding third party intervention in the ongoing Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict resolution. The open session will be held at 15:00 at the Palace of Justice in The Hague, where the Court’s President, Judge Joan Donoghue, will make the announcement. Armenia had previously submitted a request against Azerbaijan on September 16, 2021, regarding violations of international humanitarian law in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution.
