On April 28th at 12:35, the Ararat regional branch of the rescue service received a distress call regarding a car that had fallen into the river near the Arashat village. Injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

Preliminary information suggests that the driver of the Nissan car, identified as R.V. and born in 2000, from the Getazat village, veered off the road and ended up in the river while traveling along the road.

Prior to the arrival of the rescuers, the driver managed to escape from the car and was promptly taken to a medical center. His condition was assessed as satisfactory. The rescue team successfully retrieved the car from the river, shut off the gas valve, utilized special technical equipment to lift it out of the water, and transported it to a tow truck.
