“Warehouse Keeper Injured in Clash Declared Victim of Crime: Investigation Expanded as NGO Files Petition”

Warehouse keeper Migran Maksudyan, who was injured three days ago in a clash during a conflict between protesters and the police in Baghramyan Avenue, has been identified as a crime victim. Maksudyan sustained injuries during the confrontation, and his condition worsened after being admitted to the hospital. He was then transferred to another hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with nerve compression and spinal cord injuries. Additionally, he has multiple fractures in his legs and face.

The “Freedom” NGO has announced that they filed a petition with the Investigative Committee, alleging that the violent actions of law enforcement officers during the incident at the November Hospital in November were a criminal offense. The Prosecutor’s Office will provide further updates as the investigation expands.

Maksudyan is currently receiving treatment at the November Hospital.
