“Explosion in Yerevan Leaves Child Injured: Police Investigate Attack by Classmates in School”

On April 23, there was an explosion in Yerevan, Armenia. According to reports from the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a child with the diagnosis of “GUV” was taken to the “Holy Mother of God” Medical Center for treatment. The doctors at the hospital confirmed that the child, a 14-year-old resident of Yerevan, had suffered head injuries caused by explosions caused by his classmates at school.

The child’s father stated that his son was attacked by two classmates at the school, resulting in his injuries.

To ensure the well-being of the injured students, the Ministry of Health of Armenia has approved the transfer of the teaching staff to the maternity ward of Malatia Medical Center. They will be closely monitored by medical personnel.

Due to the incident, official documents have been prepared at the maternity ward of Malatia Medical Center and have been forwarded to the Crisis Committee of the Yerevan Municipality in Armenia.
