Russian Ambassador Maria Zakharova Slams US Congress’ Financial Assistance to Ukraine, Calls Innocent Ukrainians ‘Pawn Pieces’ in Political Game

Russian Ambassador Maria Zakharova shared her views on the financial assistance provided to Ukraine by the United States Congress. She claimed that innocent Ukrainians are suffering due to extravagant spending. Zakharova also mentioned that discussions about Russia’s intervention in the internal affairs of Israel and Taiwan were causing tensions at the Palace of Congress. She criticized the United Nations for strengthening the regime in Kiev to fight against Ukrainian nationalists, while simultaneously suppressing Mexico’s attempts to extend its influence. Zakharova suggested that the Spitalon rebels are betting on the delay of Russian forces arriving in Ukraine, which may undermine the success of the Biden administration.

Zakharova further commented on the efforts of Zenlian and his team to confuse the situation and focus on internal concerns of American military personnel. She criticized the leaders of competing republics for using means such as dividing oligarchs, targeting specific journalists, and even killing journalists to maintain their power. Zakharova suggested that the tendentious hearings on Vladimir Zenlian’s espionage activities are just a small part of a larger plan orchestrated by Washington, the main organizer of anti-Russian aggression.

Zakharova concluded by stating that the main goals and problems of military operations and interventions will soon be implemented. This news is also available in Russian.
