On April 11 at 21:31, the National Center for Oncology of the Shirak Province made an announcement regarding the emergency response team’s relocation from Gor ku Street to a nearby location. The reason for the move was to aid a 45-year-old man who had suffered a heart attack in Artik. After conducting necessary procedures, the medical staff in Artik discovered that the patient had experienced a myocardial infarction.

Upon further examination, it was found that the patient had a closed skull fracture in the temporal area, accompanied by a subcutaneous hematoma weighing 0.70 grams.

An investigation into the incident revealed that on April 11 at 19:30, a personal interview was conducted with a 45-year-old man at a residential building on Construction Workers’ Street in Artik. During the interview, the patient directed profanity towards the medical staff on three occasions. It was also noted that the patient had received treatment in a psychiatric institution approximately a year ago, and the subcutaneous hematoma was collected from discarded syringes found in his residence.

A forensic examination has been ordered, and the patient has been hospitalized.
