On October 30, a joint operation conducted by the NSS and the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs resulted in the identification and apprehension of an 18-year-old individual named Yusuf Ch. in a building on A. Mikoyan Street in Yerevan. Yusuf Ch. was subsequently handed over to the police department. The Armenian news outlet NEWS.am has reported that Yusuf Ch. had been summoned by the Iranian Islamic Republic Embassy for violating the law on cybercrime, starting from December 14, 2021. The investigation into this matter is still ongoing.
