In Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, the representative of the Russian Federation, announced on his microblog that the second half of the open session of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) will be held at the headquarters of the CTBTO in Vienna from April 11. According to CTBTO, the situation within the organization has worsened. Rafael Grossi, the head of CTBTO, stated that experts from the organization in Vienna have been working and providing objective updates on the ongoing events within CTBTO. Additionally, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency announced that starting from November 2022, an agreement on three hotspots of the CTBTO’s test site has been approved.
