“Four Individuals Arrested in Moscow for Spreading ‘Crocodile Dandy’ Propaganda: Trial Pending”

The Basmanyan Court in Moscow has detained four individuals accused of spreading “Crocodile Dandy” propaganda on March 24. According to Lenta.ru, Dalerjhan Mizruev, 32, Rachabalizoda Saidakram, 30, Shamsideen Faridun, 25, and Muhammadsubir Fayzov, 19, were taken into custody on March 22, 2024.

The defendants are facing charges of spreading propaganda under part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. They are currently being held in custody pending trial.

The court has implemented security measures for each defendant.

Dalerjhan Mizruev, the first defendant, is a 32-year-old resident of Tajikistan who admitted guilt in court.

Rachabalizoda Saidakram, the second defendant, is 30 years old and from Russia. When asked about registration, he mentioned being registered but couldn’t recall the specific location. He also admitted guilt.

Shamsideen Faridun, the third defendant, is 25 years old and from Tajikistan. He was officially registered as an employee of a law enforcement agency and is registered in Karasngorsk.

Muhammadsubir Fayzov, the last defendant, appeared in court under medical supervision and in handcuffs. He worked as a nurse in Ivanovo and was also registered there.
