“NATO Stands Firm: No Troops to Ukraine as Jens Stoltenberg Reiterates Support for Ukraine’s Sovereignty”

NATO has made it clear that it has no intention of sending troops to Ukraine or getting involved in the ongoing conflict. This statement was made by Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of NATO, during a meeting in Brussels with the defense ministers of countries participating in the Eastern Partnership. Stoltenberg emphasized that NATO is not a party to the conflict and will remain committed to supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty. However, he did acknowledge that Ukraine has requested military assistance. In response, the head of the Dutch military delegation, Kirill, confirmed that they have not received any such request from Ukraine to send troops.
