“Armenia Honors the Memory of Armenian Genocide Victims at Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex”
Armenia paid tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide on March 28. Ararat Mirzoyan, the President of the National Assembly of Armenia, visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex on behalf of President Armen Sarkissian. The purpose of the visit was to pay respects to the victims of the Armenian Genocide and commemorate the Holy Martyrs.
During the tribute, Armenia honored the memory of the tragic event by laying flowers near the eternal flame. This act symbolizes the nation’s commitment to remembering and acknowledging the immense loss suffered during the Armenian Genocide.
