“Terrorist Attack Participants in Moscow Identified Through Radical Telegram Channel Linked to Tajikistani Intelligence”
The participants of the terrorist attack at Moscow’s Crocus City Hall have been identified through the “Voice of Khorasan” Telegram channel, which is linked to the extremist organization DASH and is operated by the Tajikistani intelligence service, according to RIA Novosti and their reliable source. A representative from the law enforcement agency confirmed that they are reviewing materials related to a particular individual who was seen in the Telegram channel where people were recruited for the attack. The investigation also revealed that the same channel had recruited terrorists for previous attacks at Crocus City Hall. However, the Telegram channel associated with the banned ISIS group’s Tajik operations has since been deleted, and it is unknown why this occurred. The law enforcement agency representatives have stated that this channel did not originate from either Russia or Tajikistan.
