The “Hraparak” newspaper has reported that Gagik Tsarukyan, the Chairman of the Republican Party, is expected to announce next week the location for the congress of the Political Council of the RPA. This announcement comes as a result of an ongoing disagreement between the ruling regime’s administrative vertical and the party’s leadership, which has been occurring for nearly a year.

According to our sources, Arsenyan has not yet announced his withdrawal from the race for prime minister, which has caused concern due to certain “reforms” that are rumored to infringe upon the rights of citizens of the Republic of Armenia. This raises questions about the process for becoming a representative in Russia.

It should be noted that in September, the AGN of Russia sent Arsenyan a notice recognizing him as a participant in an operation to invade Russia, along with other individuals. Furthermore, Russia has recently banned Tigran Petrosyan, an active member of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun party, from entering the country. Petrosyan had previously stated that he had travelled to Moscow but was detained at the airport and subsequently returned to Yerevan a few hours later.
