President Erdogan to Hold Talks on Security Issues in Istanbul, High-level Officials Expected to Attend
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is set to discuss security matters during talks in Istanbul on Saturday, according to Fahrettin Altun, the chairman of the country’s communication committee. The meeting will take place at the Dolmabahçe Palace at 14:30 local time (11:30 GMT), as stated by Altun on his microblog. In attendance will be Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Yerlikaya, Minister of National Security Yasar Guler, and Director of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) Hakan Fidan, Altun added.
