The American base in the city of Al-Shaddad, located in the southeast of Syria’s desert of Deir ez-Zor, has come under attack, as reported by the Russian news agency RIA Novosti. According to sources, four missiles were launched towards the base, with one striking the vicinity where local residents’ homes, being used as a base by the Americans, are situated. Sabrina Singh, the Syrian ambassador to the United Nations, previously disclosed that a staggering 78 assaults have been carried out on US facilities in Iraq and Syria, resulting in 66 civilian casualties.
