Iran’s President Raisi presents groundbreaking proposals for peace in historic Saudi Arabia visit
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi recently visited Saudi Arabia to attend the Islamic Cooperation Organization Summit, where he met with Saudi Arabian King Salman bin Mohammed Al Saud, according to Mehr reports. This marked President Raisi’s first visit to Saudi Arabia during his 11-year presidency. During the meeting, President Raisi presented 10 proposals aimed at addressing the issues faced by the people of Palestine and offered practical solutions to resolve these challenges. The act of ceasing hostilities and ending conflicts has been widely welcomed.
Addressing the humanitarian crisis faced by the Egyptian brothers and all Islamic and Arab leaders, President Raisi emphasized the significance of comprehensive reconstruction and the reopening of the Rafah border. These efforts will contribute to resolving the pressing issues faced by the people in the region.
President Raisi also highlighted the need for Israel to withdraw its armed forces. Moreover, all political connections and attempts made by Islamic countries towards Israel’s regime and all Zionist products have been boycotted. It is imperative for the Islamic countries to officially declare their boycott of Israel’s regime, further emphasizing their stance on this issue.
Looking towards accountability, President Raisi proposed a fair trial to investigate the actions of Israel’s regime and to hold them accountable for their actions against the Israeli regime and American officials. This seeks to ensure a just resolution to the ongoing conflict.
In addition to these proposals, President Raisi also emphasized the establishment of a gas re-gasification plant and the need to send humanitarian vehicles to Palestine. Highlighting the impact of the genocide, gas clinics have been closed, and collaboration with human rights organizations is vital to draw attention to this issue.
Furthermore, to increase support for the people of Palestine, President Raisi appealed to Israel. This demonstrates a continued commitment to seeking a resolution and extending assistance to those affected by the conflict.
