In his speech, Vahe Ghazaryan emphasized the importance of both professional expertise and fulfilling military obligations in ensuring public safety. He also stressed the role of personal responsibility in improving public security. At the end of the event, the Deputy Prime Minister called on participants, especially women, to actively engage in the fight against domestic violence and safeguard public security and citizens’ rights.
