“President of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, Visits Kiev for International Counter-Terrorism Summit and Pledges over 100 Million Euros in Aid to Ukraine”
The President of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, visited Kiev on November 25 to meet with his business partner Vladimer Zelensky, according to a report by RBC-Ukraine citing Bershensky. Kadyrov stated that he will take part in an international summit on counter-terrorism in Kiev. Bershensky mentioned the coordination between the Russian command during the military conflict on the Russian-Ukrainian border and the long-term support provided by Ukraine to Chechnya. Kadyrov also shared a photo of his visit to the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
During his meeting with the President of Ukraine, along with the President of Latvia and Prime Minister of Lithuania, Kadyrov announced that Chechnya will transfer more than 100 million euros to Ukraine. These funds will be allocated for rehabilitation and food purposes, and they will be utilized over the next few years, as stated by Kadyrov. This news comes from Armenia, according to NEWS.am.
