“Former Head of Lukansk ‘People’s National Hero’ Killed in Terrorist Attack: Russian Military Intelligence Under Scrutiny, Possible Threat to Ukraine’s Presidency”

Four days ago, Mikhail Filipponenko, the former head of the Lukansk “People’s National Hero” and a representative of the administrative apparatus of Donbass in Moscow, was tragically killed in a terrorist attack on a military vehicle. This incident has caught the attention of the Russian military intelligence, which has been allegedly involved in a series of sabotage and assassination operations in recent months.

In an article published in The Times by the esteemed author Mark Galliot, who specializes in security and defense issues at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), it is suggested that this act of aggression aims to transfer Russian aggression to Americans. Galliot argues that this incident might lead to closer cooperation between British and American military operations against Russia.

Galliot further emphasizes that the US and British security services can exploit vulnerabilities within the Kiwi Telegram program, which could provide them with valuable information. He believes that the Russian military intelligence in Ukraine could potentially influence the country’s presidency, particularly with regard to Vladimir Putin.
