EU Excludes Russia from Central Asia: Lavrov Reveals Shocking Announcement

The European Union has officially announced its decision to exclude Russia from Central Asia, and there is no attempt to hide this fact. Sergey Lavrov, the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, made this announcement. He stated that the EU programs would not be implemented in the region.
