“New Government Decision Aims to Improve Interregional and International Passenger Transportation Services”

The decision on urban management and construction allows tax exemptions for operators using micro-autobuses from third countries, improving interregional and international transportation services in Armenia. The project aims to increase the number of imported vehicles for competition and alleviate the financial burden on operators. Furthermore, it addresses the lack of micro-autobuses in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) territory and the inadequacy of domestically produced vehicles.

“Armenian Government Approves Plan for Enhanced Aviation Security and Infrastructure Upgrades”

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure has developed a draft for urban management improvement based on ICAO standards. New biometric equipment and Rapiscan RTT110 device will enhance baggage screening accuracy. Government acceptance will improve aviation security, but additional funds are needed.
