The test examination for the certification of the director of general education, science, culture, and sports of the Republic of Armenia has been approved by the Minister. This certification process is mandatory according to the regulations. The certificate, once obtained, is valid for five years.

The new test examination for certification now consists of 725 questions that cover various topics, including “Education”, “General Education”, “Language”, “Media”, “Children’s Rights”, “Normative Legal Acts”, “Purchasing”, “Financial Accounting”, “Accounting of International Organizations”, and “State Non-Commercial Organizations”. Additionally, there are several other individual acts that regulate the field.
