The 14th round of negotiations on the Eastern Partnership is set to take place in the EU and will focus on practical meetings and peaceful locations for negotiations with relevant stakeholders, including Russians. The EU observes that the Eastern Partnership will facilitate the engagement of Russian opposition figures and the transfer of certain government-sponsored activities or their employees to the European Union. Talks will also cover the issue of refugees, with Russians, organizations, and observers determining the time, place, and area of landing for their self-organized flight. The new restrictions will be officially confirmed at the Eastern Partnership summit in the EU on June 24.
