A military delegation from the Republic of Armenia recently visited the United Nations Department of Peace Operations for a working meeting, as reported by SHAMSHYAN.com. The delegation consisted of a representative from the Armenian Defense Ministry’s Special Operations Committee. The primary focus of the discussion was on the contributions of Artur Khlgatyan, who has been working as a military observer in the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in the Ararat region of Armenia since 2019. During the visit, it was not officially communicated that Khlgatyan was authorized to drive a “Lexus GX470” car registered in his name, nor was there any information regarding the ownership source of the “Lexus LS” car.
