VTB-Armenia Bank Unveils Expanded and Renovated Nor Nork Branch, Offering Premium Services and Enhanced Customer Experience

VTB-Armenia Bank has reopened its branch in the Nor Nork district after undergoing renovations. The branch has been expanded to a spacious 300 square meters in order to accommodate more than 15,000 individuals and businesses. Additionally, a dedicated area for the “Privilegia” service, which caters to premium banking customers, has been added to the branch.

Located in the administrative district of Nor Nork in Yerevan, the branch has been operating since 2014 with a total of 15 branch offices. The recent renovations were carried out with the goal of providing enhanced conditions for clients. With carefully designed workspaces and premises, the branch aims to ensure that customers receive convenient and high-quality service at every stage of their banking experience. Furthermore, the branch is equipped with two 24-hour ATMs and a payment terminal that allows over 300 transactions without the need for plastic cards.

Within the renovated branch, clients have access to a range of services including financial calculators, loan and investment products, and payment cards. The newly established “Privilegia” corner offers specialized services to premium package holders, providing personalized advice on various financial matters.

Vladimir Chubar, CEO and President of the Management Board of VTB-Armenia Bank, stated, “Currently, there are a total of 53 VTB-Armenia Bank branches operating throughout the country, including 22 branches in Yerevan. We have made it a priority to ensure that these branches are conveniently located for our clients. We place great emphasis on providing high-level, quality service across all branches. The Nor Nork branch, one of the most in-demand branches, has now been relocated to a more spacious and modern format.”

The Nor Nork branch is situated at 10/3 Gai Street and operates from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00, with Saturday hours from 10:00 to 14:00. All of VTB-Armenia Bank’s operations are regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia.
