According to the proposed European Union budget for 2025, over 15 billion euros will be dedicated to assisting Kyiv, with the aim of promoting the development and long-term support of Ukraine. The overall EU budget for 2025, which includes aid for Ukraine, will amount to 199.7 billion euros.

The European Union has announced that 4.3 million euros will be made available to the founders of the Ukrainian Foundation, with the intention of distributing these funds through loans totaling 10.9 million euros.
