Pashinyan stated that many young individuals do not return to their hometowns after completing their education due to the better living conditions offered in urban communities. He highlighted the importance of personal choice in determining one’s desired lifestyle, such as the quality of air one breathes or the type of housing one prefers. Nevertheless, Pashinyan acknowledged the existence of regulations that influence these choices, where communities may dictate certain preferences, such as the color of smoke or the style of attire. Pashinyan also noted the transformation in young people’s attitudes, with fewer individuals leaving important decisions to the older generation and instead expressing their own desires and aspirations. To address the lack of spaces for meaningful discussions, Pashinyan mentioned the establishment of youth centers and the conversion of lofts for this purpose.
