“ARF Rejects Coalition Talks: Is it Sensation or Self-Defense?”

The newspaper “Past” reports that Nikol Pashinyan’s bloc made a clear decision to invite the ARF to coalition negotiations. This invitation follows a similar meeting on June 12, where the ARF was given a 5-day deadline to join the coalition. However, the meeting did not occur, which was expected considering the atmosphere within the Republican Party. The ARF declined to participate, citing flaws in the decision-making process that goes against the protocols of the Republic of Armenia’s state structures.

Furthermore, Pashinyan’s ARF refers to the “flawed system” and the state structures of the Republican Party. Is this a matter of sensation or self-defense?

Throughout Pashinyan’s years in power, the ARF has served the interests of foreigners at the expense of our country and people. Numerous examples validate this claim, visible to the public for over a decade. Additionally, the Republican Party’s state structures are called into question. If they were confident, they would openly discuss coalition issues with their longstanding adversary, the ARF, and resolve them in their favor. However, they are afraid to even mention the topic of “great unity” in parliamentary chambers. Even if they had the courage, their influence has waned, and they themselves understand that they cannot negotiate with a part of the parliamentary “majority.”
