In the district of Nor Kharberd in Yerevan, there was a gas explosion that local authorities are currently dealing with. The mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, has instructed the municipal administration responsible for housing and communal services to address the issue. Mayor Avinyan stated that he has discussed the matter with Minister Garegin Baghramyan and they have agreed to propose utilizing unused financial resources from the investment program to fund the project.
