The Urban Development Committee is actively organizing meetings with urban development experts to discuss the certification and organization of urban development activities on the urban.e-gov.am website. Throughout the month of June, a total of 6 meetings have been scheduled, with one already taking place on June 12. In previous months, 10 meetings were successfully held.

The Committee aims to familiarize the partner representatives with the online application process for certification and licensing, as well as the new daily requirements. They also aim to clarify the necessary steps to be taken and address any questions or concerns that arise. Technical assistance is also provided free of charge for filing announcements in the office of the company that serves the field.

It is important to note that urban development organizations must apply for certification by September 17, 2024. After this date, certification will be mandatory. Furthermore, urban development experts are required to be certified as deputy experts within the certification process. Detailed procedures and instructions can be found in an animated video.
