“Azerbaijani Authorities Attempt to Mask Nagorno-Karabakh Crisis with Propaganda as New Surveillance System Raises Questions”

The “Hraparak” newspaper reports that the Azerbaijani authorities are attempting to create a false illusion of peace and prosperity through their government and announcements, while the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh continues to worsen under the leadership of Nikol Pashinyan.

The Prime Minister’s administration has recently implemented a new security system in the construction sector. This surveillance system, funded with 6,366,000 drams from the state budget, is designed not only to capture images but also to record sound. However, it seems that the primary use of this device is to monitor employees rather than to prevent unauthorized access from outsiders.
