The Committee on Protection of Competition has approved the merger of Ardshinbank and ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank into a closed joint-stock company on June 6, 2024, as per decision number 288-A. The committee determined that the merger does not infringe upon competitive limits in the market and does not harm consumer interests. This information was reported to NEWS.am by the committee.

It is important to note that the Committee evaluated the merger based on the applications received on March 27, 2024.

The parties involved have agreed that Ardshinbank will acquire a 100% stake in ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank through a capital merger with ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank Armenia CJSC.
