The security forces of the Czech Republic carried out a large-scale operation yesterday evening to strengthen security measures in public places, shopping centers, public transportation, and railway stations, according to a report from iDNES.cz.

On Tuesday, the National Security Council of the country will hold a meeting to discuss the current state of emergency.

This operation is in response to the construction of a substructure, and all security force personnel have undergone a 24-hour intensive training regime in preparation for any potential threats.

They have been instructed to closely monitor suspicious individuals, particularly in buses and railway stations.

Vít Rakušan, the Interior Minister of the Czech Republic, confirmed this information, stating that, currently, the security forces do not have any specific information regarding a potential threat.
