The Rescue Service in the Republic of Armenia has announced that there are several closed roads in the area. Specifically, the section of the Yerevan-Sevan road from 16 to 18 km is closed due to certain circumstances. However, alternative routes are available for travelers. For those traveling from Yerevan to Sevan, they can take the Avan-Jraber section as an alternative route. For those going from Sevan to Yerevan, the Charentsavan-Nor Geghi section is open for use. Additionally, there is another road, Vanadzor-Alaverdi-Ayrum-Bagrathashen, which is only open for light vehicles, as stated by the Road Police department.
