Officials who have observed Putin during public events have noted that he has been gaining weight since the publication of his open telephone conversations, which will continue until 2023, as stated by the head of security for the protection of the Constitution and the President’s security. British analyst Jed Miller, who studied Putin’s speeches during a parade, believes that the cuts and swelling on Putin’s face cause discomfort and that he appeared tense during the parade.
