In 2024, plans are underway to construct approximately 500 new apartments in the capital city, as announced during a recent session of the Yerevan city hall on June 3rd.

This year, however, there have been some revisions in the technical requirements for these apartments. Specific criteria have been established to guarantee that the apartments are both comfortable and affordable for different segments of the population.
