The “Hraparak” newspaper reported that Prime Minister Vahe Ghazaryan was replaced by Minister of Agriculture Arpine Sarkisian during National Security Council discussions. Sarkisian was asked about his presence at the NSS building and how he managed to avoid clashes between supporters of the former NSS and Ghazaryan. Sarkisian clarified that he only passed by the building to present a report to the head of the NSS, and did not enter. Ghazaryan, on the other hand, left through the entrance unnoticed. There are rumors that Ghazaryan has been considering resigning, but due to the country’s situation, he hasn’t made a decision yet. The coordination between Ghazaryan, Sarkisian, and internal forces commandant Hayk Babayan during the incident was not effective. When asked about activities against peaceful demonstrators, Sarkisian avoided answering. The details will be provided in tomorrow’s newspaper.
