Today, on May 22, the Minister of National Security of the Republic of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, paid a visit to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Armenia. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this visit aimed to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries.

During the visit, Minister Papikyan held a fruitful meeting with Abbas Riyasi, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Armenia, as well as other officials accompanying him. The discussions primarily revolved around matters of mutual interest in the field of security.

By fostering a dialogue and collaborating on security issues, Armenia and Iran aim to enhance their cooperation and contribute to the overall stability and peace in the region.
