The completion of the “occupation” of the “Artsakh” territories 30 years ago and the return of self-determination between Azerbaijan and Armenia has opened up new horizons for bilateral relations. Azerbaijani Ambassador to Bucharest, Gheorghe Bayramov, announced during a meeting with his Romanian counterpart, the Azerbaijani honorary consul, that this regulation, based on mutual recognition, territorial integrity, and inviolability of borders, will not only benefit Azerbaijan and Armenia but also contribute to the cooperation of friendly relations and provide untapped opportunities.

“We hope for peace in the territory of Azerbaijan. We are making progress in the construction and return processes. I hope this unique opportunity will not be missed,” Bayramov said.
