The President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, has announced that the issue of the two houses in Kirants village can be resolved and they will remain under the jurisdiction of Armenia. He stated that it would be a mistake to assume that the houses will stay there on their own, and emphasized the need to draw a clear line to avoid future problems. Simonyan also discussed the process of demarcation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, stating that it has come to an end and has been supported by the international community. He clarified that there have been no discussions or mentions of crossing the border, and reiterated that the territory of the Republic of Armenia remains unchanged. Simonyan concluded by stating that the demarcation process has been legally compliant and accepted by all countries in the world.
